There is no sales visit and no four-hour window spent waiting at home. Almost all of it is settled over text before the truck ever starts.

Two or three phone photos will do it. For a whole room, stand in the doorway and get the wide view.
Get a firm price
Angel replies with a number and the windows he can make. No pitch, no pressure to book on the spot.
Pick your window
You pick the day and window that works. Angel messages you when he is on the way.
Confirmed on site
Angel looks at the job in person and confirms the price before touching anything. If it changes, you hear it first.
We do the lifting
Everything gets hand-loaded from wherever it sits and strapped down in the bed. You move nothing.
Swept, then paid
The space gets swept, you look it over, and only then do you pay. Cash or transfer.
The load gets sorted
Donatable goes to donation, recyclable goes to recycling, and only the remainder goes to the transfer station.
You get the room back
And that is it. If something is not right, one call and Angel comes back.

How to shoot photos that get an exact price.
The better the job reads in the photos, the tighter the price and the less likely it changes on arrival. Nothing beyond your phone is needed.
- One wide shot from the doorway so the whole pile is in frame
- One close shot of the biggest or heaviest single item
- One photo of the path from the street: stairs, gates, steps
- Mention stairs or an upper floor in the message
- Tell us what stays. Mixed-in keepers are the most common mix-up
Before
Where it goes
Not all of it has to end up buried.
Sorting a load takes longer than dumping it whole, and it gets done anyway. It is the right call and it does not cost you more.
Donation
Furniture in good shape, working appliances, clothing, and household goods go to local donation centers when they will take them.
Recycling
Metal, cardboard, electronics, and refrigerant appliances go to facilities set up to process them properly.
Transfer station
What is genuinely finished goes to the municipal transfer station, with that fee inside your price from the start.
