Home FAQ

The questions that always come in.

If yours is not here, text Angel. He answers it himself, not a bot.

Text two or three photos to (828) 527-8515, or fill out the contact form. Angel comes back with a firm price, usually the same day. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

For outdoor jobs like a yard, driveway, or a pile beside the house, usually not. If it is inside, or gates need opening, someone has to be there or access has to be arranged ahead of time.

You pay at the end, after you have looked the space over. Cash or transfer. No deposit is ever asked for up front on an ordinary job.

Plenty of jobs can happen within the same week, and sometimes the same day when the schedule allows. Send your photos and Angel will tell you what windows are open.

No. That is the entire point of the service. It gets loaded from wherever it sits, including the back of a basement or behind the house. You lift nothing.

Yes. One couch, one mattress, or one dead refrigerator is a perfectly good job, and it is usually the fastest stop of the day.

Wet paint, solvents, motor oil, antifreeze, pesticides, asbestos, lead, full propane tanks, ammunition, and medical waste. The transfer station will not accept those in an ordinary load. If you have any of it, Angel will point you where it does go.

Only if there is meaningfully more on site than the photos showed. In that case Angel tells you the new number before loading anything and you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is ever loaded first and priced after.

Anything still usable goes to donation when there is somewhere to take it. Metal, cardboard, and electronics go to recycling. Only what is genuinely finished goes to the transfer station.

Yes. Angel works in Spanish from the first message to the final sweep. This site is fully in Spanish too, using the ES button at the top.

Walls, roofs, and structures do not come down. But once something is already taken apart and stacked, like an old fence or a dismantled shed, it is glad to be hauled.

If it does not fit, it takes more than one trip. Angel tells you at quote time how many runs he expects, so neither the price nor the timing is a surprise.

What finished means

Finished means swept.

The question that comes in most, in one form or another, is how clean it actually gets left. This is the answer: everything goes, and then the ground gets swept. That is the same standard on a single item as on a whole house.

  • The sweep is included, never a separate service
  • You look the space over before you pay
  • If something is not right, one call and Angel comes back

Still wondering?

Just ask Angel directly.

He answers himself, in English or Spanish, usually the same day.
