Home Pricing

You pay for space, not for time.

The price comes down to how much room your load takes up in the truck. No clock running, no line-item surprises, and the dump fee is already inside the number.

ParoJunks does not publish a fixed price list, and that is deliberate. Two garages that look identical can be very different jobs depending on access, stairs, and what is underneath the pile. Your real number comes from your photos, and it costs nothing to get.

What's included

One number, everything in it.

The price Angel gives you is the price you pay. These four things are never billed separately.

All the lifting

We load from wherever it sits. Nothing has to be dragged to the curb or broken down first.

The haul itself

The trip, the fuel, and the drive time are already in the number. There is no mileage add-on.

Disposal fees

Whatever the transfer station charges for your load is already covered. No fee shows up afterward.

The final sweep

We sweep the space before we pull out. It is not an upgrade and not a separate service.

What moves the number

Why two identical loads can price differently.

Volume is the starting point. These four things are what move it up or down, and they are exactly why the photos matter so much.

  • Access. A load beside the driveway is faster than the same load three flights up.
  • Weight. Concrete, roofing shingles, and dirt weigh far more than they measure, and the dump charges by weight.
  • Sorting. Splitting donations, recycling, and trash on site takes longer than one straight load.
  • Special items. Mattresses, tires, and electronics carry their own disposal fee at the facility.

The promise

If the price has to change, you hear it before anything gets loaded.

Sometimes photos do not show everything. If there is meaningfully more on site than the photos showed, Angel tells you the new number right then and you decide. Nobody loads first and argues price after.
